Description
This program writes data files which can be read by programs such as MMfit, ppmfit, Sigfit, Bellfit, LinReg and kpHcalc.If you own any of these programs then colleagues can obtain this program free and use it to write data files which they can then send to you for analysis.

In version 1.2.0 The application has been sandboxed and the ability to remove individual data rows from input data has been added. Datawrite can now read two column csv or tab delimited text files as well as files saved by Datawrite, Sigfit, Bellfit, MMfit, Linreg etc.
In version 1.1.0 inputted data can be transformed by a range of procedures (multiplication, division, addition, subtraction, power, square root, log, ln and
reciprocal) before being saved.
Instructions
Enter data into the boxes "x" and "y"
Press button "Add Data"
Enter data into the boxes "x" and "y"
Select button "Add Data"
Repeat until all data is entered.
Then select "Save Data" and save the data file.
If you want to enter another dataset then select "Delete data" and then either enter data
as described above or select "Open saved data" to upload previously stored data which you can add to and re-save.
You may now delete a row from a data file. Simply enter the row ID and press the delete data row button. Save the file if you want to keep the changed file.
Datawrite does NOT read excel files.
However, if you have put your data in the first two columns of an excel worksheet. Then you can save the excel file as a csv file or as a tab delineated file.
Datawrite should be able to read either type of file if you select them in this menu.
If you select the Open csv file in the Open menu then an Open csv file button will appear in the main window. Press this button to open the csv file.
If you select the Open tab file in the Open menu then an Open tab text file button will appear in the main window. Press this button to open the tab file.
If you select Open saved data in the Open menu then an Open saved data button will appear in the main window. Press this button to open the saved data.
NOTE Datawrite ONLY saves files as Datawrite text files which can be read by the following programs:-
