The App has been updated and new screenshots supplied. You can now enter negative temperatures in the iphone App. Heart rates can now be estimated based on age only or by using Age and your resting heart rate.

In this version a heart rate calculator has been added. This uses the Karvonen formula to estimate your minimum and maximum heart rates required for your heart and lungs to benefit from exercise. You can also input the % heart rate required and it will calculate the heart rate you require.

The app has been updated for the iphones SE, 5, 6 and 7 as well as the iPad Pro. The App can now be used to estimate the percentage body fat of adult Caucasians if their height, weight and age is known.

The App has been converted to a universal binary and optimised for both the iPhone and the iPad. If you have an iPad it should automatically implement the iPad version. If you have an iPhone it will implement the iPhone version. The tabs for calculating BMI values have been labelled BMI.

Description for v2

This colourful App interconverts the Imperial weights stones, pounds (lbs) and ounces to the metric weights kilograms and grams. It can also interconvert feet and inches into metres and centimetres and calculate BMI values. You can also use it to interconvert grams and ounces which can be useful for cooking. There are no adverts.
